fe9c819feb9f4bb8 For the Lenovo Yoga in particular, feel free to link any specific models you're considering. However, if the laptop doesn't come with a dedicated graphics card, and it likely wouldn't in your price range, it's very helpful (though not absolutely critical, at least not now) to have 16 GB RAM. The reason is that the integrated graphics chip borrows from main memory to do its processing, so 8 GB installed becomes more like 3 GB once the iGPU takes 2 GB and Windows takes another 3. That's cutting it close for Sims 4 even with nothing else running in the background.
The cheapest Yoga I'm seeing with 16 GB memory is this:

But I only checked a handful of sites, so maybe you're seeing something cheaper. Still, this one has an iGPU almost as good as anything you can find at all right now, capable of high-ultra to ultra graphics settings in Sims 4, depending on your play style and what content you add to the game.
These have the same graphics chip, but not the OLED screen, for comparison's sake:

These have graphics chips that are roughly equivalent to and slightly faster than the ones above, and also a high-resolution OLED screen:

And these have the faster graphics chip above (paired with the 8840U processor), but no OLED:

Any models with the same graphics chip should run Sims 4 about the same, since the iGPU is the limiting factor; the only differences would be in how the manufacturer tuned the laptops, and barring any defect with the unit, those differences should be small. So you can choose based on whatever factors matter to you: price, aesthetics, and of course the quality of the screen. OLED screens are very pretty, if that matters to you, but not essential, and they of course won't affect the game's performance.
