Cant uninstall Sims 4 because of corrupted game file

Recently I added new programs to my computer like Norton Security Suite and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware because i had a virus. I got rid of the virus easily with these programs but now my Sims 4 game wont work. I uninstalled it on Origin and i Tried to uninstall it on my computer but it wont alow me to do so. It says that one of the game files is corrupted but i have no idea how to fix it. i uninstalled Origin aswell to see if maybe this would work but nothing is helping. Please help me solve my issue.
