My game hasn't told me to update for the Home Chef Hustle patch. I bought the pack Sunday, and the pack itself is working; all cas and build-buy items are available, but the new cooking UI isn't on. I've repaired my game multiple times, I deleted all the cache, I restarted my computer before AND after removing my mods file, and it still hasn't offered to update.
@trschaiper What game version do you see at the Main Menu? The current version is 1.101.290.
Additionally, have you tested with no mods or custom content present? You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.
The version I have is just the one before this update.
I took my mods folder out of the Sims 4 folder and restarted my computer, and the update still wasn't available.
@trschaiper Try taking the EA App offline and then going back online. The option shows up if you click the three lines in the upper-left corner.
If that doesn't help, please clear the EA App's cache (again):

and repair Sims 4 again, specifically after clearing the App's cache. The point is to do the two together, in that order and in close proximity.
If that doesn't help either, I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling. It may or may not be absolutely necessary, but unless you have a very slow connection, it'll be faster than looking for increasingly unlikely problems that would explain the failure to update.
Sorry it took so long for me to update, but unfortunately, after doing everything, it didn't offer the update or update on its own.
@trschaiper Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the game? The EA App only hosts the current version, so you wouldn't need to update anymore.
So the GameVersion file in the Sims 4 Document file says that it's the newest version, but when I opened the game, the cooking UI is the same old UI
@trschaiper Please confirm the version number in-game, at the Main Menu, just to be thorough. And please post a screenshot of the cooking menu.

@trschaiper The screenshot isn't loading, but that's fine, you're running the current version of Sims 4. With no mods present, what content is currently missing? Please attach a screenshot of the cooking UI, for reference, and anything else that you think would be helpful.
You can embed screenshots by clicking the "insert/edit image" button above the text field when typing your reply. It's just to the right of the "insert link" button, a few to the right of the bold/italics/etc. buttons.
