Can't Update Sims 4 Game

Sorry it took so long for me to update, but unfortunately, after doing everything, it didn't offer the update or update on its own.
@trschaiper Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the game? The EA App only hosts the current version, so you wouldn't need to update anymore.
So the GameVersion file in the Sims 4 Document file says that it's the newest version, but when I opened the game, the cooking UI is the same old UI
@trschaiper Please confirm the version number in-game, at the Main Menu, just to be thorough. And please post a screenshot of the cooking menu.
Version 1.101.290.1030 (Sorry, I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to screenshot the UI, so I just took a very bad picture of my computer screen.)
