CAS is blue and doesn't work after interior design game pack.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all the expansions, game packs except journey to Batu, and stuff packs except nifty knitting, laundry day, toddler, kids room, romantic garden stuff, and perfect patio stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know ☹️
What happens when the bug occurs? the create a sim becomes all blue and nothing becomes pressable

The CAS doesn't work after the latest game pack. The sim is invisible and blue. I can't press any buttons.
