@sirenaxmermaid That kind of issue is almost certainly caused by mods or custom content. Try the 50/50 method to sort though them:

You may need to test in a new save, since sometimes an existing sim's outfits can be corrupted even after the cause of the issue is removed. This is fixable; I'm just saying it's easier to test on new sims and avoid the extra steps.
