cats and dogs addon not showing
Hello, i'm hoping someone can help, my daughter had an issue with her laptop and it restarted and when though a repair cycle and rebooted. once this was done we re-logged in to her ea app to find sims 4 was there but her expansion ack cats and dogs was gone. I've tried re-entering the code that we had to purchase it but this say "already used". her saved games are there but some say "requires cats and dogs". We've tried restarting and repairing the game but doesn't help.
Can anyone please help as she really upset.

It sounds like you may have multiple EA accounts and are currently logging into a different account than the one you've originally registered Cats & Dogs onto. Codes can only be redeemed once, so you'd need to locate and login to the EA account that Cats & Dogs was originally registered to, and you'll see that expansion available to download and access again.
