cats and dogs addon not showing

Hello, i'm hoping someone can help, my daughter had an issue with her laptop and it restarted and when though a repair cycle and rebooted. once this was done we re-logged in to her ea app to find sim...

    Hi there @8w2tvklb87x8,

    It sounds like you may have multiple EA accounts and are currently logging into a different account than the one you've originally registered Cats & Dogs onto. Codes can only be redeemed once, so you'd need to locate and login to the EA account that Cats & Dogs was originally registered to, and you'll see that expansion available to download and access again.

    If you need help locating the original EA account that your code has been tied with, that's something the live support team can look into with you further- here on the forums we don't have access to your account details to investigate into this. You can contact live support by submitting a help request here and providing the team with your Cats & Dogs code so they can help locate your account details. If you run into any issues reaching out to the team there, please let me know!

OMG... you are amazing, i just tried logging in with a different email address and its worked, the addon is there. i have 1 very happy girl. thanks you so much.
