cats and dogs vet build problem

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dogs "urbanitas" Spanish
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I build a new vet clinic, I saved but hte building it's not there, I can't access the place and can build there.
What happens when the bug occurs? Clinic is not there, can't enter in building mode, there is an exclamation symbol in the site
What do you expect to see? the building

Hello

So, to give some context, I have the sims 4 with the dogs and cats DLC, today I Update my sims trought Origin, everything okay, I was Building a new Vet Clinic, and is here when everything goes sad...

When I saved the building....well the building is not there....and an icon apear in the site, an exlcamation symbol that says incomplete building and I can't access the building...

Please what can I do now?
