[CC RELATED] My sims won't eat!

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, All gameplay, Movie Stuff, Toddler Stuff, Kids Room Stuff, Patio Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After downloading Sims Cats and Dogs, my sims WILL NOT eat, they can not pick up their kittens and puppies, the pets don't do anything on their own, can't take the dogs or cats on a walk. Everything is glitching.
What happens when the bug occurs? I exit my game, restart my computer, repair the game, nothing is working.
What do you expect to see? RESULTS! Be able to take my dogs/cats on a walk Be able to eat meals (to not have to use cheats so my sims wont die!) Be able to pick up my kittens/puppies Have the animals do things on their own

After downloading Sims 4: Cats and Dogs, tons of glitches starting happening to my game.

I am unable to take my animals on walks, my sims glitch when they eat (resulting in me having to use cheats so they don't die), not being able to go through the adoption process, not being able to pick up any kittens/puppies, my animals not doing anything on their own.

I've restarted my computer, I've repaired the game (more than once), nothing is working.
