    So many reports now that removing cc sofa fixes this issue so I'm going to mark this as solved for now.

    Please report if it doesn't help.

I have the exact same problems. And did everything you said. I really think it's because of cats &dogs. Yesterday nothing was wrong with my game before I installed it.

    Deleted them, still the same.

      I'm having the same issues. My sims won't eat, I can't pick up my puppies, the sims won't use their phones... After I command them to eat or pick up a plate, the  command disappear and the sims arms go out and in again. All this happened after I downloaded Cats and Dogs. I have CC, but no mods installed. It's really annoying, I've been looking forward to playing Cats and Dogs for SO long now ☹️

        Have all did these steps

        • Rename user folder and start a new save to see if it still occurs (instructions on prior page). If it's all good, move your save back and try on the faulty save.
        • Move your family out and back in and try another household
        • Repair your game through Origin
