change navigation to my Google Drive but it states that access is denied

i was trying to follow another post to change navigation to my Google Drive but it states that access is denied because of there being another file that cannot be redirected. i changed the quit one drive but i am still getting the same error message. i would appreciate any help because i do not want to lose my sims game files. tyia

    @wpt2634ckgkp  Please restart your computer and try again.

    If that doesn't help, please post a screenshot of what you're trying to do, for example the Command Prompt window with the command and error showing if that's what you're using.  I'd like to see the change you're trying to make and the full text of the error.
