Charged Three Times, Refunded Twice, Still No Pack — EA What Is Going On?

I have been playing The Sims for 11 years. Started with Sims 3 and now consistently a Sims 4 player. I hadn't bought a pack in a while, so I decided to treat myself. Welp, I just treated myself to an overdraft account.  They charged me 3 times. I had to dispute 2 of the 3 charges, and it was a whole process. This was like 3 weeks ago. Today I go to play and no longer have access to the pack. The kicker is that they only reimbursed me twice. So I should still have access to the expansion pack.  I go to live chat, it takes forever just to have an advisor connect. Then I have to wait for each individual response. The whole time the advisor wasn't clear with what they needed from me, so it took double the amount of time to actually get somewhere with the conversation. Then they just wanted to give me another refund. I don't want a refund I just want the pack. I explain this, and the advisor says they will look into in for me at 11:56pm and at 12:53am I am still just getting "Thank you please stay connected." and like 3 other variations of that message. I finally ask "are you getting anywhere over there" and get left on read for 7 minutes and get transferred to someone new because they're having "technical issues".  This advisor did their absloute best but they still wouldn't give me my pack or money back. Therefore I will have no other choice but to recontact my bank. Has anyone else expericed something like this. If you have what did you do? The live chat just ended and it is currently 2:15am and I am so beyond frustrated with EA.
