cheat console

I can't access the Ctrl + Shift + C cheat console in The Sims 4 on PC. I've already tried the following, to no avail: I've disabled mods by deleting them from the Mods folder, disabled in-game overlays, changed between windowed and full-screen modes, reset the game settings by deleting the old settings folder, moved old saves, and repaired the game in the EA App. I've checked my keyboard—all keys work.

I don't know what else I can do. Uninstalling the game is my last resort.

I have the same...move objects on doesn't work, but I can do kaching or set a specific $ amount. I don't see the cheat console either. In the MCCC mod, my cheats are enabled. But still, nothing....
