Cheats not working

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.56.52.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All, except My First Pet stuff, Moschino & Realm Of Magic
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Edit two Sims’ relationship using the relationship cheat. Or try to get two Sims married using the marriage cheat.
What happens when the bug occurs? Neither the friendship-bar og romance-bar incraces. And the marriage is non-existing.
What do you expect to see? My two Sims’ relationship increase. And get my two Sims married.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
