City and cottage living pack

I recently purchased the city living pack and for some reason my festivals won't work, same as for cottage living. When I very first installed the pack, I had no issues. The festivals from each pack were working fine. They still show up on my calendar, and I still receive invites from townies, but every time I go everything is empty. Yes, I play with mods yes, I removed ALL of them to test it, no it did not work, yes, all of them are updated and I'm pretty sure they're all compatible considering the fact that the festivals were working at one point of time. I paid good money for these packs.........HELP ME NOW.
