City Living Expansion Pack not downloading!

My City Living Expansion Pack says "download to use" in blue when i hover my mouse on the expansion pack icon in the main menu before you start playing your current game or before you start to make a new game. I accidentally stopped the download apparently and I don't know how to start it again. I really could you the help I spent $20 on this!!! ☹️

    This was originally posted on the forum of A Way Out. I moved it to The Sims 4.

    Uninstall your Origin option Add / Remove programs
    Download and install the new version of Origin
    I don't work for EA
