clean folder has my saved files, but wont show them in game

    @ferny1834  Moving the Electronic Arts folder to the desktop removes, but doesn't delete, your user data, including saves.  Sims 4 can't read the data when it's been moved.  That's the point of the test: to see whether the game will run with no added content.  It sounds like that's the case for you, which is great: it means that the problem was something in that folder you moved.

    You can now move your saves back to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > saves, and the game should read them again.  If not, make sure you're working with the correct folder.  Here's how to find it:
