Click and drag camera

The camera option where you click and drag the screen is not working. I have read many other chats and tried the suggestions. My camera is selected on the sims 4 camera, not on the sims 3 camera. The right click rotation still works just fine and dragging items in the game still works. But moving the screen itself does not. I have restarted the game, tried going into a different game, and reset all settings to default and the problem still persists.
