Clothing/Action Options

would it be possible to make an update or stuff expansion that makes it possible to play as certain religions or follow certain traditions? as an example, if i want to play as a muslim, there are no head coverings to wear, no dresses that fit the rules of islam for formal wear, and no furniture options besides christmas trees, hanukah decor, and the kwanza candles. it would be really cool if they could make religions easier to portray in the game.
