linec2007 Right, your custom content is stored in the folder you moved, which is part of the test: you tried playing with no extra content at all. Now you've established that the game works fine with none of your old content, so the problem is something in the old folder.
You can test your mods and cc in the new folder, a few files at a time or with the 50/50 method:

Keep in mind you may have more than one broken file—finding the first one doesn't mean the others are fine. So test everything at least once.
When you've sorted through your mods and cc, you can move over your saves and Tray files, plus Screenshots and Recorded Videos if you care about those, and Options.ini if you don't want to redo your in-game options. The other files can be discarded; the game will regenerate them as necessary.
