Question

Hi my 10 year old son got Sims 4 for his birthday in December and used a user name and password on one computer and he forgot the user name he got a new computer for christmas and when he set it up he used a new user name and now he can't use Sims 4 as it gives the message that it has been used before and he cannot remember his original user name and password. Please help
