Brohepsi Your dxdiag shows that your graphics driver is crashing over and over, including causing at least two recent BSODs. So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver. Here's how:
The thing is, I've been wondering if there might be a problem with the newest Nvidia driver (and its most recent previous version). I don't know whether it's true, but it's easy enough to try playing with a slightly older driver. You can get them here:

I would try version 591.46, from January 27, since the next driver afterwards was a major update (you can tell from the version numbers). You'll want a Game Ready Driver, not a Studio version.
puzzlezaddict I had to do this twice because I stupidly thought I could get the download from the Nvidia app with no internet connection, so I had to use the system restore point. I could not find a 591.46, so I grabbed one that was released January 5th. The issue is unfortunately persisting. I opened Sims 4 and went between build and live mode twice. I downloaded a new dxdiag in case it's changed at all:
