Issue with snowy escape world

Platform: PC / Steam

In my main save file which is (Game file 1), the map for Mt. Komorebi is completely broken, I've added a picture for proof as you can seen, all the house icons, buttons and grid lines are completely gone. The map is just a blank picture, it is not interactable at all.

My sims still do exist in the gallery. If I click on them and try to play with the household, it doesn't work. it just forces me to the screen where I have to select a world. However, I cant put them on the Mt. Komorebi world because there is no plot.

If i open a household which in willow creek or city living and try to make them travel to Mt. Komorebi, it fails completely. Because the world map is just a flat picture with no lots to travel on.

The strange thing is that this only happens to my game file 1. If I open up my other save file (Game file two). Mt. Komorebi works perfectly fine. All the houses, icons and travel options are there.

What I have already tried to fix this issue:

Testing my mods
Clearing Cache
Chaning file names

My questions:

Since game file two works. I know that my game is installed correctly. The issue is only game file one.

Is there a way to force a broken, non-interactable world map to reset or reload inside one game save file
Is there a known bug caused by snow escape expansion pack?
If anyone knows a specific file conflict that caused my world to be like that, please let me know
