Computer completely crashes when I try to run anything out of origin?

I downloaded thims 4. If I click the desktop icon It brings me to a blue screen and says the windows sysmtem progress terminated and the system has been shut down. I tried to pressing play in Origin and it says the procedure entry point getlogicprocessorinformation could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dl I tried to click he in origin and my comp crashed again with a different error message and when I started back up it said it had recovered a serious fatal error. What do I do to get this to work?
