Computer freezes as soon as I launch sims4

Downloaded and played just fine for three days, then last night it kept freezing as soon as I would launch the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled twice with no luck. All drivers are up to date, computer it’s literally brand new and more then capable of running this game. When I launch the screen goes white then immediately black and my monitor then goes blue and says there’s no device connected anymore. And the only way to get it to go back to the Home Screen is to restart the computer. I’m at a loss.

    SpaceylaceyAK  If you're still looking for help, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
