Computer Freezing Playing Sims 4

puzzlezaddict I'm also having this issue with my PC. Everytime I try to play my game, it completely freezes my entire computer and I have to force it to turn off by pressing and holding the power button. I dont have any files in my  ConfigOverride folder, I've tried repairing the game, removed all mods, and updated my graphics card. I also attached my DxDiag. I dont know what else to do at this point...
