Graphics Issue?

I updated my graphics driver last night - and now my saves are skipping frames? And laggy?

I googled it and it said to do a bunch of cleanout with my driver - which I did, but now my game is still experiencing graphics issues. I also saw that multiple people online today are having issues with the most recent update? If there was one yesterday?

Any help/advice would be appreciated.
