Hi @Elenok and thank you for starting the help process@crinrict! =)
I've encountered issues with losing the video signal in games before and I know how annoying and frustrating they can be if you just want to play.
(Trust me, I'm a specialist when it comes to being the poor one with game freezes and errors. It's always me. ;D )
To help you with your issues I'd kindly ask you to provide us a little bit more information.
Could you include a dxdiag report so that we can have a look at it and check if anything is wrong?
You can create a dxdiag report with a few easy steps:
- Windows Key + R
- Type "dxdiag" into the field and press enter
- Wait until the report is finished and click "Save All Information..."
- Upload the file in an answer here through the "Choose File" option in the right corner
I'll personally have a look on the report to check out if I can find any issues there.
Additionally: Did you try to repair the game itself?
You can easily repair the game with a few steps listed below:
- Select "My Games" in Origin
- Right-click on "The Sims 4"
- Select "Repair Game"
Furthermore, if you haven't done so already, I'd suggest you to check if all of your drivers are up-to-date.
You can find information about how to identify your drivers and update them if you >>click me!<<
Please do not hesitate to contact me for any further questions left or just simply tag me with @EA_Valgard if you answer here. 🙂
Cheers,
Val
