Hello everyone, I need some help because I’m having a connection issue with The Sims 4. I can’t access any online features even though my internet connection is working perfectly. What I don’t understand is that everything used to work fine, and now nothing works anymore.
I’m really desperate at this point, so I’ll take any tips or solutions. Thank you.
Suyafiya Please uninstall and reinstall the EA App. This shouldn't touch Sims 4 itself or your user data.
If that doesn't help, do a clean uninstall of the App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine). Use the Moderate scanning method when asked. Restart your computer, download a fresh copy of the App installer, and run it as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."
