Conservation Career Bugged / Not Working

What is your current game version number? 1.53.115.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All EPs. All GPs except for Vampires. All SPs except for Spooky and Toddler.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? For me, whenever a Sim enters the conservationist career none of pc options appear. They are all missing. The only option that DID appear was the "write grand application" option but that is bugged. So, basically just enter the career and click a pc to find that there are no options for the conservationist career.
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I use a pc for at-home work for my conservationist sim, she doesn't have access to any of the options to complete her work. She is already at the point of unlocking her specialization in the career, and I have gotten no options at the pc even though it says they are unlocked. I have tested the career with several sims and they all do not get the option to do these career interactions on the pc. When I try to use the one option that does appear (write grant application), my sim sits down and begins typing only the screen is blank and then they stop what they are doing. They never actually write the application. They just constantly stop what they are doing and stare at the screen.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the "Research Conservation", "Write Conservation Article", and actually be able to use the "Write Grant Application" interactions. The latter of the three appears, but it doesn't work.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I have tried loads of things. I have removed mods. I have repaired my game. I have even tested the career on base game computers. I removed all computer-specific mods. I have removed all mods / cc. But, my game is still bugged. I have even had her quit and restart her career. I have also tried having other sims (with reasonably high logic skill) enter this career to the point where they can select a branch. I still get no interactions, and if I do get an interaction it is broken.

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files and make a backup.
After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.
Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.
- Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
- Tray Folder
- Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
- Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
- Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
- Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)
The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.
