Constant Exceptions and crashing to Desktop Since New Event Nature began.

Nature Event EXCEPTIONS and crashing to desktop. 
It is not my mods already found that out. However, Exceptions are happening so often I had to stop using BE and if it keeps going MC as well. They are all happening due to the Event. It is a shame that EA continues to create chaos in the game of it players. I have no idea if or when they will fix the issue. Not holding my breath for sure

Is there a way I can stop seeing anything about the Event. I am just trying to play the game and the exceptions and crashing are making it hard. Even with no mods it still does it. ????

    Phaewalker​  Please test with no mods or custom content and see whether the game works.  You don't need to save your progress.  Or maybe you'll want to play the event in a new save, with no mods or cc present, and then go back to your main save when you're done for the week.

    If you don't want the event showing at all, disable Online Social Features, in Options > Game Options > Other, then delete accountDataDB.package in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.  (This will also delete your progress on the various tasks if you haven't completed week 1 of the event.)  To see the event again, reenable Online Social Features.
