MusicCityDawg85 Try repairing the game in Steam instead. Right-click the Sims 4 tile and select Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files.
If that doesn't help, close Steam and the EA App and kill anything related to either app in the Task Manager's background processes list. Then delete the SP77 folder listed in the error message and try again to repair in Steam.
