Content not downloaded

I bought & dwn loaded home chef hustle,sims 4,the pack is in my library but the content did not download. Can I Uninstall home ch.hustle and the start over,reinstall it & make sure the content is done loaded?? I appreciate any help!! Sucks there's not better tech support chats...ugh lol Thank you!!!

    It said "Deactivated" ugh so I Uninstalled it & I am down loading it again...I'll check back in LOL

    BFxyangl​ Hi, their seems to be a problem with the ea app at the moment it doesn't seem to be updating the in game pack selector when a pack is installed. go to the market place and see if your pack is enabled.

    I have the same exakt issue. I hope the team helps ASAP. A  better tech support would be great.
