Easy way to fill in the blanks of my packs?
Hello All, I am recently decided to install the game on my new PC and start playing again. I have also gotten an upscale of my income and I wanted to get up to date with all the packs, kits etc. My question is, is there an easy way/screen to go to where I can see which packs I already own and then simply bundle/purchase the packs i do not own...to fill in the gaps? I noticed this when I tried to make a simulated purchase of a pack I know I already own (Get To Work pack) and it was willing to take me all the way to the purchase button without any attempt to alert me "You already own this pack". It would be especially helpful if the EA store would simply stamp a pack as "Owned" to make it easier. I was surprised at how difficult the purchasing process is. Am I missing something? Can't interact with objects or other sims
I'm playing on PC. LMB works to open options, build/buy mode, phone, all UI menu tabs. But I can't click/interact with objects such as toilets, televisions, couches, etc, or other sims. I tried repairing the game through the EA app, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, playing in fullscreen, windowed, and windowed fullscreen, and disabling mods and CC. I'm having this issue with every sim on every lot in every save. I can't figure out what's going on, please help!! I thought it might be related to the Grim Reaper event but it doesn't seem like anyone else is having this issue.
event with reaper is broken
Hi my game is i think broken, till the update i haven't problems with game, after the new update with event with reaper my game is not gaming at all, when i want to bulid something okey, i can but after i quit the bulding mode, it dosnt show my sim, needs and goals you know what i mean this belt with all of it, and then i cant play until i turn off and turn on the game again, i was trying to repairing with app but nothing works, please help <3
Steam doen't detect my DLC from EA
Hello, I’m trying my luck here; Summer 2024, my game stopped working without warning (just did not launch anymore) I uninstall, reinstall etc, same for EA app, deleted all files from my computer to make room for new. I finally managed to make it work again (and still it depends on the days, he replants sometimes without reason then starts again) But new problem; like many, I was more or less forced to link my EA account and my Steam account, long before having my troubles. And all my extensions worked well, I had nothing to complain. Now, it tells me that Steam no longer detects my extensions and other packs, and when I launch the game they do not appear anymore, except 2 packs present on Steam (why them and not the rest?) On EA, I am shown my 33 extensions kits and packs that I bought, but also the two from Steam which are present in my library EA, but marked "Manage by Steam" and so what? What do I have to understand? I won’t buy them twice! What do I need to do for Steam to recognize my DLC as before? and especially as it is supposed to do, it is supposed to be automatic when the accounts are linked I read... Please help me, it represents a large sum of money I would like to recover my game as before I already lost all my saves and cc but i don't wanna lose all that time and money for nothing (Additional information if needed : Im french, my laptop is a Lenovo Legion, i bought most of my DLC via the game and only during the sales, except Jungle and My first Pet i got from Epic Game during an offer)

why does it flash right from the start you go into game play and then it just cuts out as I'm not rich and put money into this would at least be able to play it so please if you could please fix the bugs I would at least like to get my money's worth I'm also not happy you have a great sale on and the game will not play also I refuse to buy more for game play till i can play it like I was able before the last few upgrade also where are the play benefits gone.
My Sims 4 Expansions are gone! (Edit: Fixed!)
Hey everyone, Been playing the sims 4 all day, but went to start it this evening and some of my packs are missing. I own the game through Steam, with some packs from Steam and some packs from the EA app. The folders for some of the packs are missing from my game install folder, and the game says I'm missing packs when I launch my save. I own everything except the kits, spooky stuff, home chef hustle, crystal creations, batuu, For Rent, and Lovestruck. (as far as I can remember. I can check for a specific list if needed) All of the missing packs are from steam. Below is what I'm seeing in EA App (Not all of the downloadable packs will fit on screen) I don't know what could've happened. It's been working fine all day until now.My packs are all installed but they aren't showing up in game
So basically, after like a couple months, I went to play the sims 4. I deleted my mods file bc I knew a couple patches had been released so the mods would've probably broken the game, then I opened ts4 but I have no packs anymore. I checked the EA App and it says they're all installed but even after clearing the cache they aren't showing up. Any help would be appreciated xno expansion packs in the game library
Hey, recently I got sixteen years old and when I turn on my game, EA managed me to create a teenager account so I did it (with same email) I excepted that I will have my earlier expansion packs in library but I didn’t have. I did a lot of guides from Internet how to get back my supplies but no one helped me :( What can I do to get it back? Please help me I spent a lot of money on it :(
