LovelyGelina Have you tried playing in a clean user folder yet? If not, please do that now. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. If it copies instead of moving, or you get an error when trying to move it, stop here and let me know.
Otherwise, when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see whether the same problem happens.
If it does, repeat the test, but this time with your computer offline. You can sign into the EA App and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable before pressing Play.
If this doesn't help either, look for a new lastexception file. If you find one, copy its text and paste it into a reply here, or upload it to a third-party filesharing site and link it here.
