Control panel broken

Hi pls help. I have a lot of cc and mods. idk what i did wrong but yesterday when i played my game, every time i press the build mode button and i came back to press the live mode, the control panel disappears. also when i try to just go somewhere and it requires my screen to load before i play the game (like travel etc) the control panel will be gone too. i’ve been searching and i still cant fix it.
