bethmoody2000 The PC isn't showing you the file because its name starts with ._ , but it's apparently still there. So remove the entire Mods folder and let the game generate a new one, empty other than the fresh Resource.cfg.
If you want to try to use your old mods again, it would help to zip them before transferring them from your Mac. Right-click the folder and select Compress, and once on the PC, right-click and select Extract.
