I have a problem with my tomarang screen not being currently clear. There is a corruption mini little box above the Tinsu temple. It's white with a llama w/ wings. How do I fix that w/o losing all my tomarang houses or anything that contains those items from that pack?I

Did you try repairing the game through EA app yet ?
If this doesn't help, do you have issues entering any of the lots ?
now I have a notice on the new menu every time I sign in that I have notification is full, but I have already fixed this days ago
I also repair thru the ea app most days..does not do anything to fix either issue
Do you have any issues loading the households ? Does the issue appear on your other machine if you copy the save over ?
