@Trishabbbb Please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no contentn. (Your saves and other content will be in the folder you've moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just see whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.
If the game freezes again, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

If you can play a new save, try copying one of your saves from the old Sims 4 folder to the new one. (They're in the saves subfolder, naturally.) Your sims will of course be missing all their custom content, but leave that for now; just see whether the save loads at all.
About the missing cc: if you saved while the cc wasn't loading in-game, for whatever reason it wasn't, then you'll need to either reassign the items or restore a backup save. If the issue was actually that one of your packs didn't load, removing its content, the same principle applies. But you can worry about that once your game is working again.
