@LukeSDarko How large is your save file now that you've deleted the sims? Have any new blank households been generated? And how much RAM is your game using when you play this save? Please put Sims 4 in windowed mode, then pull up the Task Manager and take a look.
The save is still bloated. 84 MB. And it's using 23.6 out of 63.9 of my ram. Meanwhile my other save that I restored is only 5.61 MB that I never moved to Henford-on-Bagley, and that one only uses 16 out of 63.9 of Ram.

@LukeSDarko Which mods, if any, were you using when this happened, and are you still using them now? 16 GB RAM is still extremely high for a Sims 4 save, especially such a small one, although if it runs fine for you it's not necessarily a problem.

Yeah I'm using lots of mods, and cc but just the one world is like that, never had this problem before. Game runs great on all other worlds. Do you know if they're working on a solution?

@LukeSDarko Someone from QA asked for saves related to the blank extra households, so yes, it does seem that EA is investigating. The problem is, most of the people reporting this use mods, and it's difficult to reproduce the issue without them. So it's more complicated than a straightforward bug.
Anyway, if you want to play in the new world, you may need to cut down on your mods, at least for the moment. But unfortunately, until someone identifies the root problem, I can't really offer anything more specific than that. Sorry.
