Could anyone tell me what is causing this Last Exception UI in Sims 4?

Hi, Can anyone tell me what is causing the following "Last Exception UI" - I keep getting it, but not every time I play. I have tried removing my mods and putting them back in, while also deleting...

@kreatora Thank you, I will try repairing the game in Origin. I re-downloaded the latest MCCC post-patch twice (their were two Hot Fixes). If repairing through Origin does not work, I guess I'll have to pull out MCCC and contact Deaderpool. Thank you for your input!

You should check all your mods and look for updated versions. More than half script mods are a large part of CC are broken after this patch. Almost all script mods are already updated.
