@Roeesofer  Yes, that's what I was looking for, but I was actually going to suggest selectively disabling the apps that didn't need to be running regardless of their impact on startup.  That list would include both iTunes entries, jusched (a Java updater; run it manually when you need it), Lenovo Vantage, Microsoft Teams (and Teams further down, as a separate entry), QSHelper (from Lenovo), WhatsApp, and XBox services.

I can't read Hebrew, so I don't know what the two entries are at the end, so I can't tell you whether they're legitimate.  The three "Program" entries are definitely suspicious though, and based on those alone, I'd run a virus scan.  Download Malwarebytes (the free trial is fine) from here:

Open it, click Scan > Custom Scan > Configure Scan, check all the boxes both for scans and for your C and E drives, and let it do its job.  This could take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours, so you may want to set it to run while you're doing something else.  Please attach its report so I can take a look.

@Roeesofer  It's easier to read in English, thanks, but the three Program entries still make me think you really need to run a virus scan.

And no, I can't take control of your computer and fix it.  In fact, that's a dangerous thing to ask for outside of an official and very strictly supervised support channel (e.g. Microsoft or Lenovo).  I wouldn't do anything to damage your computer, but you can't be sure of that from your perspective.

The virus scan will pretty much run itself; you just need to set it up.
