Crackling speaker

I’ve got a new gaming laptop and the audio has been fine but today I tried to play sims and the audio keeps crackling. I’ve reset my laptop multiple times, repaired sims, changed settings for my audio too and it still continues to make the noises. I’ve tested to see if it’s just the laptop itself and it’s playing videos online perfectly normally. I’ve run out of ideas what it could be.

Yes, I have noticed this too! Thanks for sharing!  Pc, Windows 11, I do play with mods because a bunch are fixes that EA won't do.

I found a solution to the noise when I last played, logged on today and it’s back to making the awful noise, I’ve got no mods or anything, I’m so confused why it’s like this. I’m on windows 11 too!

Clipping in neck from Vampire pack,

Necklace clipping into chest, don't exactly know this pack emblem?

Also clipping into chest, note: chest is not mod

Earrings look like they just sit on ear, not pierced into ear. I am including examples of this. This is ALL wire piercings.

These earrings do not do that and look great.

All earrings like this piercing are fine, normal.

This was suppose to go on the jewelry glitch thread? I don't know how this ended up here? Sorry about that!
