LilSmallPotato  Most of the Sims 4 errors in your dxdiag are breakpoint errors, which have multiple causes, one of which is an issue with the graphics driver.  Your Nvidia driver is newer than your version of the game, and while the difference isn't large, it's possible that the driver isn't compatible.  So try reverting to an older driver.  You'll need to clean-uninstall your current one, as described here:

    https://crinrict.com/blog/2019/02/clean-re-install-of-graphics-drivers-with-display-driver-uninstaller-ddu.html

Try a slightly older driver, which you can get here:

    https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/

Make sure you choose Game Ready Driver as the category so you can go as far back as possible.  That may not be necessary, but it's easy to start with the oldest-available version (February 13 in this case) and update from there.  In contrast, any time you want to try an older driver than the one you currently have, you'll need to use DDU to remove it first.
