Ok I'm back. Here is the problem with the pc causing the crashes in all 13th and 14th generation Intel processors. There is a problem with the chips overpowering the motherboard causing the shut downs.
That is strange, I mean I know about the issue (and have diagnosed it myself a few times), but as far as I've seen, it's only affected desktops, not laptops, even from this generation. But given that the interim fix on desktops, which is to disable the overclocking settings, is typically not available in laptop BIOS, there really isn't anything to do except wait for a BIOS update, or exchange the system as you have. I'm sorry it took so long to figure this out, but at least you have an answer, and hopefully soon, a laptop that's more cooperative than this one.
