tiesewllms​ LilSmallPotato​  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

EA_Garrus​  Suggesting a clean install of the graphics driver or drivers without knowing what driver(s) might be installed could put a user in a bad position.  Many laptops have proprietary drivers and also software that blocks the more generic drivers from GPU manufacturers.  Plus, a true "clean uninstall" involves removing the old driver, as with DDU, rather than using the less-thorough "perform a clean install" option in the driver's installer.
