Crashing when I edit Vacation Rentals

Have Tried: With & Without Mods, Turned off Mods/scripts/CC, Repaired Game, New The Sims 4 Folder, New Game, Cleared Cache, Updated Mods since last patch already
I own all packs, run Win11

I go to Ciudad from Neighborhood screen, and try to edit the only vacation rental, the 30x30 lot. Game freezes. I reload, I try to replace the lot with a house in my library, game freezes. I can just not go on vacation I guess. I'm guessing this Adventure Awaits pack is going to change rentals and so you're messing with them and it's causing these issues?

I know you're not going to read any of what i wrote and tell me to do things I already tried.
