arietassssss The main issue here is that your computer has almost no free storage: less than a gigabyte out of the total. The problem is that the drive itself is small, at 117 GB capacity, so it may be difficult to free up enough storage. Still, try to get to 20 GB free if you can, or at least 15 if not.
Some of the space you free will be used up by the page file, which is where the processor stores data that doesn't fit in RAM and which is specially designated space on the C drive. Your laptop's page file is small because of the space limitations, and currently almost all used, and Windows will expand it when possible. That, in turn, should allow you to play Sims 4 again.
In short, free up 20 GB if you can, which will end up being more like 15 GB once the page file is allowed to expand, which should still be enough for Sims 4 and normal use.
