Create a sim cant save after installed Life and Death

CAS after creating my new Sim family I could not save my main sim after new EP installed and something is missing badly where under name where have to chose 3 chararistics  is completely missing gray...

    @EndlessSims3 

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

    thank you I never had mods I used clean cash from within the EA App that fixed and now works great. I need to clean cash after I play for many hours on my laptop (it is older now.)
